Then we adopt smart, practical techniques to continually evaluate our progress toward shared objectives. When we find that something works, we keep doing it (and, in fact, often do more of it); if it’s off track, we know early and can correct course, saving valuable time, energy and resources.

Each of our core disciplines measures success in its own ways. Outputs, outtakes, outcomes — all of them come into play, in some way or another. Ultimately, though, our teams gauge their successes in very human terms, through changes in key variables like perceptions, buying behavior and brand loyalty.
