When will Lockers come to New Zealand?

Wired magazine has published an interesting article about UPS rolling out locker "Access Points" in the United States. With the massive increase B2C deliveries we are experiencing in New Zealand how long before we will see this here? Service stations near motorway offramps would be where I'd be looking first!
