When will Lockers come to New Zealand?

Wired magazine has published an interesting article about UPS rolling out locker "Access Points" in the US. With the massive increase B2C deliveries we are experiencing in New Zealand how long before we will see this in our major cities? Service stations near motorway offramps would be where I'd be looking first!
